Owned SOC 2 and PCI-DSS posture, reporting risk, compliance and technology investment to Boards and Information Security Committees. Security governance work cut critical and high findings by 89% within 90 days and pulled mean time to remediation from 48 hours to four.

Before that, delivered two IT carve-out separations for private-equity-owned clients from the managed hosting provider side, as Technical Principal — including a global data center separation of 800+ virtual machines executed in a 28-hour Go-Live window with zero technology incidents.

Earlier, enterprise IT financial management at Apptio across $40M+ OpEx and CapEx portfolios — the discipline that FinOps later formalised, applied before it had the name.
